Exercise: Better Than Caffeine!


A lot of people think the best way to get an energy boost is by drinking something with caffeine in it, like soda, energy drinks, or coffee. Guess what, though? That boost wears off in two hours or less, and usually makes you feel more tired than when you started.

So what to do? EXERCISE! Physical activity releases chemicals in your body that give you a much stronger and longer-lasting boost. Get moving!
